RETURN POLICY

Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with Rosalie’s Closet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy. Completing a purchase indicates your acceptance of our return conditions, timelines, and procedures. Should a payment dispute arise, this policy and all related order documentation may be used as supporting evidence.

30-Day Return Window
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Rosalie’s Closet. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition

  • Only standard fitting and inspection are permitted

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing. Rosalie’s Closet reserves the right to decline returns if items show signs of damage, improper use, or excessive wear not caused by us.

Starting a Return
To request a return, please email info@rosaliescloset.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

  • Your full name and shipping address

Please wait for return instructions before sending your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage until your return has been finalized.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@rosaliescloset.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

After review, we will arrange an appropriate solution. Depending on the situation and stock availability, this may include a replacement. In some cases, returning the item may not be necessary.

Approved replacements are typically arranged within 7–14 business days.

Lost, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us with your order and tracking details so we can assist in opening an investigation with the carrier. Once confirmed, we will work with you toward a suitable resolution.

Packages that are refused at delivery, left unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address may be subject to a $35 CAD deduction from the refund to cover administrative and shipping expenses.

Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation within 30 days of receipt in accordance with applicable consumer protection guidelines. However, because our fulfillment process is highly automated, orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

If your order has been dispatched, you may return it after delivery by following the return procedure above.

To request a cancellation before shipment, please email info@rosaliescloset.com as soon as possible with a clear cancellation request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.

Payment Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter quickly and fairly.

In the event of a chargeback, Rosalie’s Closet reserves the right to provide financial institutions with relevant documentation, including order confirmations, shipment tracking, and previous communication.

Filing a dispute without contacting us beforehand may extend resolution times and could impact future purchases.

Additional Information

  • Returns must be shipped to our central fulfillment warehouse; return shipping costs are not covered by Rosalie’s Closet.

  • We are not liable for shipping delays or customs processing times beyond our control.

  • Items that are returned in an unsanitary or used condition cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
